DP Tech Studio provides a cloud-based restaurant management platform including, but not limited to: POS (point of sale), order management, menu management, banners and offers, table and reservation management, catering requests, user and role management, gallery, business and time-zone settings, and reporting tools (collectively, the "Service").
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us immediately at info@dptechstudio.in if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial with full access to all plan features. No credit card is required during the trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial at any time without notice.
5. Subscription and Payment
- Monthly plans are billed in advance each month and may be cancelled at any time. No refunds are issued for partial months.
- Annual plans are billed once per year at a discounted rate and are non-refundable after the first 30 days.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any malicious code.
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service without our written permission.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without prior written consent.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, logos, trademarks, and materials on this website and within the Service are the property of DP Tech Studio or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our express written permission.
8. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service ("Customer Data"). We will not sell your Customer Data. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your Customer Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. Upon account termination, you may export your data within 30 days; after that, we may delete it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DP Tech Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from within the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajkot, Gujarat, India.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the website or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
