DP Tech Studio designs, builds, and supports custom software, web applications, and SaaS products for businesses that are still running on WhatsApp and spreadsheets. Some of that work becomes a product we ship ourselves — our Restaurant Management System and Business Reminder & Accounting System — and most of it is a custom system or website built for a specific client.
Why we build focused software
DP Tech Studio started as a software development studio: businesses would come to us with a real operational problem, and we'd design and build the system to fix it. In 2024, that meant working closely with small restaurant owners in Surat and Ahmedabad, where we kept seeing the same pain — orders lost on paper, no visibility into daily revenue, and staff coordination happening entirely over WhatsApp. We built the Restaurant Management System to solve it, and it became our first product.
Talking to agents and small service businesses, we found the same pattern in a different industry — renewals tracked in notebooks, reminders sent manually, and GST accounting bolted on as an afterthought. So we built our Business Reminder & Accounting System.
Today, most of our work is still custom: bespoke systems, web applications, and websites built for a specific client's business. Our two SaaS products are proof of what that process produces when we keep refining it after launch — a web-based platform that works on any device, takes under a day to set up, and gives owners real control over their operations from day one, without expensive, over-built enterprise software.

How we got here
Custom development work
Started as a software development studio taking on custom projects. Spent 3 months interviewing independent restaurant owners in Surat to scope one of them — a system to manage day-to-day operations.
First prototype
Built a working prototype covering orders, tables, and a basic menu manager. Tested with 2 local restaurants.
Private beta
Onboarded 5 pilot restaurants. Collected feedback daily and shipped fixes in real time — over 80 iterations in 3 months.
Beta expansion
Expanded to 10+ pilots across Surat and Ahmedabad. Added banners, offers, catering requests, and the gallery module.
RMS public launch
Opening the Restaurant Management System to all restaurants. Launching pricing plans and onboarding support for new customers.
Business Reminder & Accounting launch
Launched our Business Reminder & Accounting System for growing service businesses, bringing automated WhatsApp reminders and GST accounting to a second product.
Custom website development
Started taking on bespoke website projects for clients whose needs go beyond our two SaaS products — now a standalone service in our portfolio.
